France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and the rest of Europe. The one service that falls outside our price list: it is quoted after a survey, and the quote stays written and firm.
Why a quote and not a flat rate
Distance, tolls, driving time and sometimes a night away do not fit into an hourly rate. We price them once the volume has been seen.
The date books up earlier
A move abroad ties up the van and the crew for several days. Tell us as soon as your date is settled.
Packing counts double
Several hundred kilometres shake more than a Brussels-Wavre run. We reinforce the packing of fragile items and dismantled furniture.

How much does a move in Brussels cost?
The minimum package is 420 € excluding VAT, or 508.20 € including VAT. It covers the van and two movers for three hours, inside the 19 municipalities. Each additional team hour is 90 € excluding VAT. If either address is outside the BHV area, the minimum package rises to 520 € excluding VAT.
How do you estimate the volume?
With a visit on site, or a walk through your rooms on video. Both free and no obligation. A volume guessed at means a van that is too small and an invoice that overruns.
When is a furniture lift needed?
From the second floor, as a matter of course, passenger lift or not: a passenger lift takes neither a wardrobe nor a corner sofa. Below that, as soon as the staircase is too narrow or too winding, which is common in Brussels townhouses. Allow 100 € excluding VAT for the first hour then 50 € per half hour, and the team goes up to three movers.
Do you arrange the parking permit?
Yes. Every municipality has its own procedure and lead time, often ten to fifteen working days. We file the request and pass on the permit at cost, with no handling fee. Tell us early: it is the only item we cannot fix the day before.
What if the move takes longer than expected?
The quote is based on what we saw during the survey, not on an average. If the day runs long because reality differs, more volume, blocked access, a forgotten item, the additional hours follow the published rate: 90 € excluding VAT per team hour. No hidden multiplier.
