Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026. Compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation EU 2016/679) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.
1. Data controller
Only Way SRL (« Only Way Déménagement »), Rue du Pinson 64, 1170 Watermael-Boitsfort, Belgium, CBE 1029.126.052, demenagement@onlyway.be, 0479 73 03 49.
2. Data collected and purposes
We collect only what is strictly necessary:
- Quote request forms (name, phone, email, departure and arrival addresses, preferred date, type of home, access conditions, service required, message): to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow it up. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Photos you send us (rooms to be moved, access, stairwell), through the form or on WhatsApp: to estimate volume and access constraints. Same legal basis. They are never published nor reused for any other purpose.
- Exchanges by phone, email or WhatsApp (contact details, content of the exchanges): same purpose and same legal basis.
- Client management (billing details, service addresses, history of jobs): performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) and statutory accounting and tax obligations (art. 6.1.c).
- Technical server logs (IP address, date, page viewed, browser type): kept briefly by our host for the security and proper operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). They are not used commercially and not cross-referenced with your other data.
- Parking authorisation request: when you entrust it to us, your name and the address concerned are passed to the municipality, which processes these data on its own account. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b).
This site contains no audience analytics tool, no advertising tracker and no third-party cookies. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making, and we never sell your data.
The data our forms ask for is necessary to draw up a quote: without it we cannot price your removal or reply to you. Optional fields are marked as such. Given the size of our business and the nature of the data processed, appointing a data protection officer is not required.
3. Recipients and processors
Your data are intended solely for Only Way SRL. To operate, we use technical providers acting as processors:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): delivery of form messages to our mailbox. A French company, data hosted in the European Union.
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of the site.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you write to us through that channel, your messages and photos pass through that service under its own terms. If you would rather avoid it, use the form, email or the phone.
- Google Workspace: hosting of our professional mailbox.
Beyond these processors, your data may be communicated to the relevant municipal administration when you entrust us with the parking authorisation request.
Some of these providers are established in the United States, which means a transfer outside the European Union. Those transfers rely on the mechanisms of Chapter V of the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision for providers certified under it, and standard contractual clauses otherwise. Write to us if you want to know which mechanism applies to a given provider.
4. Retention periods
- Quote requests with no follow-up: maximum 3 years after the last contact.
- Photos sent for a quote that came to nothing: deleted at the latest 12 months after the last contact.
- Client files (accepted quotes, invoices, correspondence): 10 years, in accordance with accounting and tax obligations and contractual limitation periods.
5. Local storage (localStorage)
The site stores a single technical item on your device: your language preference (key « ow-lang »), in order to show you the right version of the site. This item never leaves your browser, identifies nobody, and can be erased through your browser settings. No consent banner is required for this strictly functional type of storage.
6. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We apply the minimisation principle (collecting only what is needed) and limit access to the data to those handling your request.
7. Your rights
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to demenagement@onlyway.be; we reply within one month at most. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt.

8. Changes
This policy may be adapted as the site or the regulations evolve; the dated version online prevails.
